Our mission	Martha’s Vineyard Community Services’ mission is to enhance the lives of those it serves by meeting the comprehensive needs of individuals, families, and the community through a partnership of programs that provide accessible education.

Opportunities	Event Volunteer MV Community Services hosts several fundraising events throughout the year. Event volunteer duties vary based on each event and could include: Volunteering as an event committee member to brainstorm and plan for upcoming events, assisting with set up or clean-up of an event, day-of-event assistance, organizing items donated to the event, community outreach, and hanging posters/flyers throughout the community. Occasional Teens, Adults Individuals Event support Share your Talent with Daybreak Clubhouse Daybreak Clubhouse offers adults living with mental illness opportunities for employment, health and wellness, education and so much more. If you have a talent to share- music, art, craft, movement, we’d love to connect on ways we can enhance our Clubhouse. Occasional Adults Individuals Indoor Stakeholder Advisory Committee Want to be a voice in the community and improve MV Community Services? Join our Stakeholders Advisory Committee. This group meets quarterly and is made up of consumers and former consumers of services along with vendors and members of MV Community Services staff, administration and board. Occasional Adults Individuals Event support The Thrift Shop The Thrift Shop relies heavily on volunteers to help the store operate. Duties could include: pricing inventory, organizing donations, sorting books, and rearranging shelving. All ages and abilities welcome. Volunteering at the Thrift Shop is a great opportunity for parents and school aged children to volunteer as a team! Portuguese speakers are always welcomed and needed.
