| About us | For over 50 years, the Cape Cod Council of Churches has served low-income individuals and families throughout Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. We annually assist over 6500 Cape Codders. As a non-profit organization, the Council works with community organizations, churches and volunteers to serve residents of the Cape and Islands without regard for religious affiliation, or the lack thereof. From programs like Hands of Hope Outreach Center to A Baby Center, the Council actively helps those in need on Cape Cod. |
