Patient GreeterOur Volunteer Greeters welcome patients at our Mashpee location, directing them to the appropriate person or department. We offer a very flexible schedule, depending on availability.21st Annual Golf TournamentThe annual Community Health Center of Cape Cod golf tournament is fast approaching on September 13. The event will be at Pocasset Golf Club (24 Club House Drive), and we are looking for volunteers to be able to help us on the day of the event. We are most in need of help prior to the tournament and directly after the round of golf: • Pre-tournament (8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.) Check-in, registration, putting contest, raffle sales• During-tournament (11:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Thanking attendees, spotting for hole in 1, monitoring pace •Post-tournament (4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.) Raffle sales and drawing, help with awards, thanking attendees. If you are able to help this year, please let us know, and if you prefer the early shift or later shift. We also have some limited opportunities to help during the tournament itself as hole-in-one spotters. We’ll follow up with more logistics as the event gets closer. |

We are a complete medical home that offers primary care, behavioral health care, dental care, women’s health services, optometry, addiction recovery services, on-site affordable prescriptions, x-ray and ultrasound services, barrier assessments and assistance, Veterans care, and many other specialized programs. Our focus is on providing the very best health care, as well as providing programs and education that help improve the overall health status of everyone living in our region. CHC is a non-profit organization that cares for all patients, regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. If you don’t have insurance, our experts will help you enroll so you can have access to most convenient and affordable way to stay healthy. Services at Community Health Center of Cape Cod are provided on a sliding scale, if needed, based on income and family size. To learn more information about the sliding scale fees, please click here. This Health Center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals. This Health Center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).Community Health Center of Cape Cod offers comprehensive, high quality, compassionate health care to all, regardless of ability to pay. It is our mission to welcome and serve all members of our community, including those who may feel silenced or isolated.
