Ways to help

Volunteer Zoom Day Program Assistants

Support our Zoom Day Habilitation program that goes live to our participants twice daily M-F. Host, co-host, or participate in a 1-hour session on one of your hobbies or interests, once or multiple times. Of particular interest are sessions on life skills, cooking, exercise, music, art, and community activities. This can be done remotely from your home and requires a computer with reliable internet connection or a smartphone.

Volunteer Farm assistants

Greenhouse Assistants – Help out in the produce greenhouses on weekdays or weekends. This is extremely strenuous work requiring the physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work on a ladder. Yard Assistants — Assist outside selling Christmas trees starting in late November. These positions require the physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and the ability to be outside for several hours at a time in the cold. Weekend Assistants — Assist with directing traffic, bringing online orders to cars, and all around running. Must be able to work either most Saturdays or most Sundays until Christmas.
