Cape Cod Village Center for Developmental Disabilities is a community center located in a small village in Orleans.  The village is made up of 4 homes whose residents are adults who have severe autism. We are looking for volunteers to assist in running programs from arts and crafts. music, dance and exercise.

Whether it is greeting visitors in the galleries, helping maintain our grounds, working in the museum shop or setting-up for a special event, we have an opportunity for you!

Cape Cod Museum of Natural History volunteers are as precious as our unique vistas. The committed team that makes our museum go consists of teenagers, business professionals, teachers, photographers, scientists, homemakers, artists, students, the newly retired and the longer retired. Each brings their own special contribution to our vibrant programs, exhibits and walks.

We are so very grateful for everyone that gives of themselves to help fulfill our mission. Our philosophy and hope is for people to bring their talents and skills to Yoga Neighborhood, not only to strengthen our organization, but to create a caring community.

We also need help Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to noon, with sorting goods, stocking shelves, cleaning inventory and packing grocery bags before distribution days as well as food pick-up at local vendors.

Fundraising volunteers play a critical role at Wild Care, helping our Executive Director with planning, coordinating and executing fundraisers. Tasks may include brainstorming fundraising ideas, donor solicitation, assisting with appeals, grants and other fundraising methods.

Event volunteers play a critical role at Wild Care, helping our Marketing and Events Coordinator and Wild Care to be present in the community. Event volunteers help to execute events with planning, coordinating, and being present at events.

Wild Care receives a large volume of phone calls every day, regarding wildlife in distress. The callers are not always able to capture and/or transport animals to our center.
